Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and amenities with a convenient location for train access.

Well maintained, comfortable with great amenities. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close to train station. Staff were very professional and helpful. Spoke really good English. Very nice hotel.The Japanese breakfast was delicious.

The western breakfast was not good, the baked goods were fine but that was it. They don’t understand how western people eat breakfast, generally we do not include soup.

Nice-Moderate level hotel in the Ginza area.

Close proximity to the train station, adjoining rooms and several restaurants.

No restaurant, pre-paid breakfast was uninspired and no smart tv.

Very Good

Located beside the Donki, youre only a few steps from all the stores. Lounge with free water, drinks, and simple snacks. Rooms were small but modern enough, good for a short stay. The elevator goes directly from the ground floor to your room without stopping by the lobby, a good feature for a smaller hotel.

A lot of tourists here so it does get busy. Rooms are small, but you get what you pay for. Bedding is standard if not below average.

I enjoyed my stay, I felt really comfortable here, the location was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Minimalistic but had everything you need on a tour! The concept of Guest lounge and mini lounge at every floor is interesting. Very responsive staff - friendly to special kids.

We opted for the premium room to celebrate the final night of our vacation and our room was upgraded on arrival free of charge! The room was absolutely incredible, so spacious with huge double bed; so comfortable. The bathroom was stunning. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay.

Location, location, location

Location is superb! The free food at the 2nd floor, as well as the bento breakfast were enjoyed by our family so much. Room is clean, even the hallways were sweet smelling.

Softer bed. we kinda heard noise from outside since it's located in a busy area, but nevertheless we could not ask for a better location than this.

We will stay here next time!

the location is really good. you can pretty much find everything you need around the hotel. there is a convenience store downstairs. the famous don quijote is right downstairs and all the food and store in Ginza is super close. Staff are super nice and able to communicate in multiple languages.

we found a few hairs on the restroom floor but it's understandable. It could be better though.

Wonderful

Room was very spacious! The bed was huge and we liked the fact we could request memory foam pillows. The power shower was amazing. The free beverages on the second floor and floor 10 were also very nice extra included in our stay. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the metro / JR line station.

The breakfast was only OK, we got fed up by day 5 with the same thing each day. We did enjoy the miso soup , but they rest of the breakfast was just average. The snacks on floor 2 were always the same thing each day too, with no variation. The other only other thing that was a negative, was there were not English instructions for the TV remote. Usually bbc World news is widely available in foreign hotels , but we where unable to work out how to access it so we didn't turn the TV on the whole stay!
